Refund & Return Policy for Uncorked Expressions 

Thank you for choosing Uncorked Expressions! We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. As our products are made on demand, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, such as a defect, damage, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Send us an email at cheers@uncorkedexpressions.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item(s) received, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

2. Return Policy
Our products are custom-made for each order and are not eligible for resale, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind or incorrect size selection. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.

3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
   - The item arrives damaged or defective.
   - The wrong item is received.

To qualify for a refund:
   - You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
   - Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue with the item.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary based on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
   - Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
   - Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
   - Claims submitted after 30 days of receiving the order.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because our products are made-to-order, order modifications and cancellations can only be accepted within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to or cancel your order.

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds, when approved, will only cover the item cost.
